The Fourth Step is the foundation.

The request may come from the individual, his sponsor, or his sober-living/facility manager.

Submit a Request

Provide the applicant, sober-living, and sponsor information needed for review.

We contact the sponsor to verify Fourth Step completion and an active sponsorship relationship.

The Board reviews the request and determines whether assistance will be approved.

Approved funds are paid directly to the sober-living facility, landlord, or housing provider.
